I uninstalled uTorrent and cleaned out the settings and whatnot in the AppData folder. Then I installed uTorrent 2.2.1 Build 25302. At first, it seemed like that fixed the problem. However it's not really fixed. Opening a random torrent in uTorrent, the download speed quickly peaked at 1.1 MB/s before dropping down to ~400 KB/s and staying there.
Feb 23, 2015 · qbittorrent rechecks a 700GB folder is very very slow. I have an SSD pool as storage and a 4-cores 3.2GHz cpu, when qbittorrent is checking, the task manager shown 17-20%@0.8-0.9GHz CPU usage and 30-40MB/s disk usage.
