I use KeePass on my computer to store my passwords and Mini KeePass to store them on my iPhone 5. In iTunes, I have the computer file containing my KeePass passwords listed in the File Sharing section so it will be transferred to my iPhone when I sync.

It is open source (very important) and uses (AES / Rijndael) 256 bit encryption to secure your passwords. Keypass works when in Bluetooth range - 50 feet or so, for remote fob, battery level and tire pressures, occasionally I still see the MyChevy app show connected by OnStar and it gives me current info, but mostly when out of Bluetooth range I cannot get current info. Remote key fob does not work unless in Keypass range.
Keypass is largely useless, and I wouldn't want to rely on it as a way to get into my car because the software is so bad and because then you can only use your car if your phone has battery. The mychevrolet app isn't great but you can precondition from there so long as you are on the internet.
